Refund will be for current market value unless this value is more than
the original purchase price, less shipping charges. A RMA number must be
obtained before return will be accepted. Product must arrive at
Whitewater Flies in resalable condition, within 10 days of ORIGINAL
INVOICE DATE in order to receive refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. If item is
received in a non-resalable state, then a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Whitewater Flies will not refund extended warranty charges on any item,
for any reason. After 10 days no refunds will be made.
No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. To obtain an RMA
number call 201-230-5455. You may be asked to speak with a member of our
staff before a RMA number will be issued. To avoid a restocking fee all
products must be returned in a resalable condition and any other
accessories applicable to returned product. If product is returned
incomplete or damaged a 15% restocking fee will be applied, figured on
the original purchase price. Whitewater Flies MUST receive RMA items
within 10 days of issue of RMA number. When returning product, customer
must properly package and insure package for ground shipment. If product
was found to be defective, Whitewater Flies will refund ground-shipping
charges once Whitewater Flies receive the product. If product is not
found to be defective, Whitewater Flies will refund no shipping charges
incurred by customer and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Individually purchased items are subject to a 15% restocking fee if
returned as defective and later found to not be defective.
If you wish to have items cross-shipped, then customer will have to
supply a valid credit card number. No charges will be made to card if
Whitewater Flies receive RMA merchandise within 10 days of RMA number
Whitewater Flies is not responsible for items damaged or lost in
transit, to or from, Whitewater Flies, this includes international
shipments, once your order leaves our hands it is the customer's
responsibility. These items are first referred to the company that
delivered them and after a claim has been filed and paid then items will
be replaced accordingly. This claim needs to be initiated within 72
hours of receipt of merchandise.
We do not ship orders COD.
Whitewater Flies ships internationally to almost any country in the
world. We ship via US Postal Service. A street address is required for
all deliveries. International shipping prices are quoted in U.S. dollars
and must be prepaid in U.S. funds. Your order may be subject to import
duties and taxes. The US Postal Service will charge the package
recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees at time of
delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please
