All prices on this site are subject to change without prior notice. Whitewater Flies is not responsible for any misprints or misunderstandings for any reason on our web-site. If you notice something to be misrepresented or misprinted please let us know via e-mail or give us a call. We will try, to the best of our ability, to keep all information up-to-date and accurate to avoid any confusion. All orders placed on our website will normally ship within 72 hours, for individual items and special order items may require one or two additional days for ordering purposes. However, you will be notified of approximate ship date and any expected delays when you order. Customer may cancel order within 12 hours from the original time the order was placed for a full refund. This does not include special order items, whose details are explained later in this document. If order is cancelled after 12 hours of placement of order a 15% restocking fee will be assessed on total purchase price, less shipping charges. All quotes, verbal or written, are valid for a period of 15 days from the original date of the quote. Customer agrees to all policies and procedures listed by placing order with Whitewater Flies. These policies take precedence over all previously listed policies and procedures on our website. We will accept bids from all government and educational institutions.
